Synopsis: Paula returns to Madrid from London, leaving the play she is working on for a few weeks to shoot a big film in Spain. This is her chance, but a scandal uncovered by her friend Marina, a renowned journalist, paralyses the production of the film. This, together with the meeting with her friends, makes Paula stay in Madrid longer than she thought

Paula Foncea is an actress, showrunner and director based in Madrid. Her latest work, "Matriz", is a six-episode hyperrealistic dramatic comedy in which she co-stars with Farah Hamed, Vicente Vergara, Macarena de Rueda and Jano Sanvicente. She has played in "Iceland", a short film nominated for the Edda Awards of the Icelandic Film and Television Academy, "Sintesis", best short film at Babel Film Fest, by Mariano Barroso, "Cicatrices" (Movistar +) and "Centro Médico" (TVE). She has worked in many Spanish theatres (CDN, Naves de Matadero, Teatros Luchana, Nave 73, etc.) and also in Teatro Español in "Un tercer lugar" (Denise Despeyroux), a play from which she extracted a fragment to shoot her first short film, "Hume". She has also adapted and directed Catch Minnie, by Lupe Gehrenbeck. She is currently developing the script for her first feature film, a coming of age: "Anómala".
